Die Clean-Break-Kupplungen der Serie CP sind Steckkupplungen
für den Mitdruckbereich bis 250 bar.
Diese Serie ist geeignet für alle Anwendungen, in denen geringste
Leckagen bei einfachster Bedienung und hohem Durchfluss gefordert
werden. Zus?tzlich bietet die optionale Entriegelungssicherung
(-ST) hohe Prozesssicherheit.
? Clean-Break: geringste Leckagemengen beim Entkuppeln, minimaler
Lufteintrag beim Kuppeln, absolut spritzfrei.
? Robust und haltbar: Ausführung in Edelstahl.
? Effizient: Hohe Durchflusswerte und geringe Druckverluste
(CV-Wert siehe technische Daten).
? Einfach: Selbst nicht schmierende Medien ohne gro?en Kraftaufwand
mit einer Hand durch Verriegelungsautomatik kuppelbar.
? Schnell: Kuppeln gegen Restdrücke m?glich
(siehe technische Daten).
? Verl?sslich: Temperaturbereich: -20 °C bis 130 °C bei FKMDichtungen
(andere Temperaturbereiche auf Anfrage).
? Entriegelungssicherung (-ST) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Entkuppeln.
? Schmutzdichte Verriegelungshülse (-Z12) zur Funktionssicherung
der Federmechanik selbst bei starker Schmutzbelastung.
Zum Schutz der Dichtfl?chen sollten die Verschlussnippel fest montiert
und die Verschlusskupplungen als Losteile verwendet werden.

The clean-break couplings of the CP series are push-to-connect
couplings for medium pressure applications up to 250 bar
(3.625 psi).
This series is suitable for all applications which demand minimal
leakage, fool-proof handling and a high flow rate. Additionally as
an option, the unlocking safety device offers safety for your
processes.
? Clean break: virtually no leakage rates during disconnection and
minimal air inclusion during connection, absoluy squirt-free.
? Solid and durable: made of stainless steel.
? Efficient: high flow rates and minimal pressure loss (please
see flow chart for CV value).
? Easy: even non-lubricating fluids are easily connected
without any effort thanks to the automatic lock.
? Quick: connecting against residual pressure is possible
(please see technical data).
? Reliable: temperature range from -20 °C to 130 °C for FKM
seals (other temperature ranges on request).
? Unlocking safety device (-ST) secures against accidental disconnecting.
? Dirt-proof locking sleeve for the functional protection of
the spring mechanism, even in case of high dirt level.
To protect the sealing face the self sealing adaptors should be
rigidly mounted and the self sealing couplings should be used as
free parts.
